Shipping Policies We generally ship USPS or UPS, depending on the size and weight of the order. All customers are notified by email when order is shipped. We strive to ship within 48 hours of receipt of order, 7 to 10 days for personalization orders. Exclusions to this is items out-of-stock, on back order or otherwise notated.
